The Community Health Network, headquartered in Indiana, provides many services. Among their many services, they provide patients with easy access to hospitals, health centers, and pavilions. They also provide access to doctor’s offices.
As a non-profit health care system with more than 200 centers and offices around the center of Indiana, the company has a community that includes hundreds of doctors, specialty and hospital of acute care, surgery centers, health care, home care services, MedChecks, health care and the mental health services for the employer.

You may access your health history and that of your family members via the MyChart Ecommunity. The service to view your family members’ health records is known as a proxy, and it allows users to connect information about their family members.
In order to view the health records of your family members, fill out an informed consent form by a proxy (a form of proxy accessor or proxy access) and send it back to one of their medical facilities for access to this convenient service.

Accessing Your MyChart Ecommunity to Pay Your Bill:
Step 1 – Visit the home page of the ecommunity. Then click on the “Pay Bill” icon from the homepage to pay your bill.
Step 2 – Then you will be direct to this page. Select your community from the drop down list. The drop down list will show the available facilities in the community. Select the one you want to pay for.
Step 3 – After selecting the desired facility click on “Pay with Mychart” button from below. Then the online portal will help you to pay your bill online.
How To Login To MyChart ECommunity:
Step 1 – To login to the online portal please visit this webpage. Then put your user name and password. After providing the credentials you can request medical appointments, view your test results, health reports etc.
Step 2 – Once you have filled out your login information, click the “Sign In” button.
Step 1 – If you forgot your username or password, you may follow the steps on the online portal to retrieve the user name and password.
Step 2 – On the login page click on ‘Forgot my Username’ to retrieve your user name, or click on ‘Forgot my password’ to retrieve your password
Step 3 – Then you will reach on this page. Fill out your first name, last name, zip code and Date of Birth and then click on ‘Submit’ button.
How to sign up
Step 1 – You can become a registered user by signing up via the online portal. To signup, browse to the home page. Click on ‘Sign Up Now’ button.
Step 2 – Now you will be asked to input your activation code, zip code, and date of birth. Fill out the information, and then click the ‘Next’ button. You will then be guided to complete the sign up process.
They also have a mobile app solution. The app can easily be installed on your iPhone or Android. The app is user friendly and intuitive. You may download it from App Store or Google Play Store.
Once you have the app, you can request medical appointments, view your test results, health report, access trusted health information resources all from your mobile phone!

Your bills may be paid either online, by mail, or by phone. To pay your statements via mail, send your payment to the address on the invoice. To pay your bill via phone, call 317-355-5555, or pay via the mobile app.
